EaseGut provides gut-directed hypnotherapy audio sessions, educational reading content, and breathing exercises designed to help manage IBS symptoms. The app is intended for general wellness purposes only.

EaseGut is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is for informational and wellness purposes only. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have accessed through this app.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Payments

Access to premium content requires an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within EaseGut — including audio recordings, text, graphics, and software — is owned by EaseGut or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseGut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
